Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights and obligations between E4NET Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the LoroTOPIK service (the “Service”) provided by the Company.

• “Service” means the TOPIK learning web/app and all related services provided by the Company.
• “User” means any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
• “Member” means a user who has signed up for the Service and registered an account.
• “Content” means all information provided or generated within the Service, including text, images and learning materials.

• These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or website.
• The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws.
• When amending these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment through in-service notices or electronic means at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
• Where the Company deems it necessary, it may give individual notice to users by email or other means.
• A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw their membership.
• If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

• The Company provides an artificial intelligence (AI) based Korean language learning service.
• The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service as required for operational reasons.

• Users must provide accurate information when signing up.
• Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
• Users must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware that their account has been misused.

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Infringing the rights of others
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Uploading or distributing illegal content
• Using the Service by improper means such as automated programs or crawling
• Misusing another person's account

• Users agree that data is generated in the course of using the Service.
• The Company may use such data for the following purposes: improving the Service, providing personalized services, and developing and improving AI models.
• The Company may de-identify such data and use it for statistical and research purposes.

• For content that a user enters or generates in the Service, the user grants the Company a worldwide, royalty-free right to use that content without time limitation.
• The Company may modify, reproduce, distribute and use such content for the operation and improvement of the Service and for artificial intelligence training.
• Users warrant that they hold the rights to the content they submit.

• The Company may provide certain learning content and features based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
• Content generated by AI is produced through automated means, and its accuracy, completeness and timeliness may not be guaranteed.
• Users should treat AI-generated content as reference material; users are responsible for any judgments or outcomes resulting from relying on it entirely.
• The Company is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content, or for damages arising from its use.
• In the course of providing AI features, user input (text, voice, etc.) may be processed and may be used to provide and improve the Service.

• Parts of the Service may be provided for a fee.
• Subscription services: fees are charged on a recurring basis and may renew automatically unless the user cancels.
• Pass (prepaid) services: the user pays a set amount in advance and uses the Service within a defined period or scope; these do not renew automatically.
• For subscription services, users must cancel the subscription themselves; otherwise it may renew automatically.
• For pass services, access is automatically restricted once the period or scope ends, and no additional automatic payment is made.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment services, and the terms of those services may also apply.

• Payments are, in principle, non-refundable.
• Exceptions apply where required by applicable law.

The Company may restrict use or terminate an account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Engaging in illegal acts
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

All rights to the content and systems within the Service belong to the Company, and users may not use them without authorization.

The Company is not liable for the following:

• The accuracy of AI results
• Service interruptions or failures
• Damages caused by reasons attributable to the user

The Company's liability shall not exceed the amount the user paid to the Company during the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage.

The Company protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Service shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
